  • Site Finding

  • Planning application and appeals

Devaplan offers a professional, cost effective, friendly and personal planning consultancy service to private property owners, landowners, developers and businesses, large and small. No instruction is too small or large and distance is no object. We are registered consultants with the Royal Town Planning Institute and the only practice of its size and type in Liverpool.

Established in the North West, and drawing on 40 years of experience in this region in all aspects of planning and advertisement control, from both the public and private sector points of view, we have a creative approach to site finding and the maximisation of the development potential of client's land and buildings.

We are able to co-ordinate any development project by drawing on our extensive network of architects, surveyors, engineers, landscape architects, tree specialists and planning solicitors and introducing them as necessary.

Pre-application advice, negotiations with local councils and a speedy and cost effective appeals service are our specialities.

Devaplan Ltd. has extensive expertise in the North West area including Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, Cumbria, The Lakes, The Peak District, The Wirral and North Wales and Snowdonia.
